After 3 days of washing dishes in my bathroom sink... I've got quartz countertops, a sink, and a functional faucet! Now we've just gotta get that dishwasher up and running...
The cabinet doors have all been made-- Doug has to get all the finished parts ready to go and it can all be sent out for spraying... slow and steady wins the race, right?

Wow! Those are nice countertops!! Can't wait to see the finished product.
Love how you have flowers on your counter even though it's a construction zone. So decorative of you.
You are going to love your new kitchen. I am seriously thankful for mine every.single.day!
I know coveting is wrong... but those are some SWEEEET countertops. Love.
Hi,
We are renovating our kitchen and I came across your blog. We have BM dove white shaker style cabinets, walnut hardwood floors, and our island will be Sherwin Williams unusual gray. I am also going with Quartz for the same reason as you. Love the look of marble but don't want the upkeep. We are meeting with our countertop people tomorrow and I have decided on Silestone Lagoon. I also like Silestone Lyra but the veins were a darker gray than I was wanting. I found your other post about the Misty Carrera (Caeserstone I think?) and I liked that as well but it seemed a lot more gray in the samples. What did you end up choosing?? I love the way yours look in this picture but they don't look like the MIsty Carrera sample I saw. Could you possibly, pretty please email me and tell me what you chose??? I would be so grateful!! We have to decide tomorrow. My email is adcockcd@yahoo.com Thank you and your kitchen is looking awesome so far!!
I'd also love to know what counterop option this is- did you stick with the misty carrera? or is it something different? I love it!
