Tis the Season

Lengthy absence.  I know.

But, I'm finding myself with a little more free time sitting around on the couch lately with bed head and stretchy pants.

Darn ankle.

Looking for a new years resolution for 2014?  How about "Don't Exercise.  Ever.  Not worth it."

Who knows... maybe they'll be more blogging in my future?  We shall see.  I make no promises.

Anyways... thought I'd stop by to say Merry Christmas to everyone!  And while I'm at it... here's the tree of 2013.  I didn't think I'd ever be one for a colourful tree... but I think I'm going to have to say that this year's tree is probably my favourite ever.

(sorry it's a little blurry... but I'm on crutches... don't judge :)

sorry to hear about your ankle. I hear you on the don't exercise thing...I pulled my lower back that way.

Wow...I'm with ya...never thought I'd like a colorful tree either until I saw yours! Love it. Maybe next year...

Get well soon!

What happened to your ankle? Sorry that you are injured in any case. No, don't stop exercising... It is way to hard to start again.

Every single picture of your house is straight out of a design magazine. Swoon. Love it! :)

Drats! Hope the ankle heals soon. Best wishes for a more mobile 2014!

hi! love what you did with your kitchen and we are doing the same backsplash…did you use an extra spacer or did you just use the 1/16th of an inch? Also did you get the grout from home depot as well? If you did, which color did you choose and would you choose it again.

Love your colourful tree! Especially next to all the white.
And hey! Now you can cross any exercise goals off of your New Year resolutions.

just remember what Peter O'Toole said--"I get my exercise walking behind the coffin of friends who did"
Take care, it's a NEW YEAR--

best wishes, sierra sue

I'm no one to you, but I would love to see more pics of your house. What I've seen is beautiful.
