Loving the striped pillows. The grey and yellow one particularly caught my eye...
And they had a ton of different sheet sets to mix and match in fun colors and patterns. Each piece-- fitted sheets, flat sheets, pairs of pillowcases-- only $6.00. Love a great deal.
So a orange polka dot fitted sheet came home with me. Caleb's sheets get changed often for typical little boy reasons (he gets too sweaty... wets the bed... you know how it goes) so I figure you can never have too many fitted sheets. Plus... I like to mix and match them up and use one to cover his box spring. Much more fun-- and boy appropriate-- than a bed skirt. Right?
And I also picked up a few new hand towels. I love these towels in the herringbone pattern. I think it's time to start buying towels that aren't white-white. I've always loved white towels and have used them for years... but now that Caleb washes his hands on his own they tend to end up wet, on the floor... in a random room that's not the bathroom. Not so good for my white towels.
Haha. Well maybe when YOU learn to wash them... and refrain from dragging them all over the house I'll bring the white ones back :)
funny, I did notice your not-white towel in your bathroom this evening!
ReplyDeleteThat is SO funny! :)

I love these posts, Elissa! I avoid Superstore because I've had a slew of bad experiences there (like that? A whole slew?) but I think I may have to visit again. You can never ever have too many sheets in the house... There will always be that time at 3 am where you are waiting for something to finish washing so you can put it in the dryer after a kid episode of some sort.
ReplyDeleteFitted sheet on the box spring = brilliant! Way less girly and looks great!
ReplyDeleteLove the new towels! :)
