Getting Around... Almost

Over the past 2 weeks or so, Caleb has started to roll over! We have found Caleb to be very determined and intense when it comes to playing and moving about. He's always surprising us with how much he wants to get around. Every morning we wake up to find him in a new position or a new place in his crib. Somehow, he manages to wiggle his way over there during the night. When we have him lying on the floor, he's started arching his back, doing bridges with his head and feet to try and move around! This morning I had him lying on the area rug in our living room by the fireplace. I left for a few minutes and when I came back he was 2 feet away from starting position lying on the laminate flooring! This kid's going to be trouble.

  4. Yep, he's a boy and has determination. I found the stage from rolling over to crawling to be frustrating as Isaiah hated it when he rolled onto his tummy. I also didn't give him a lot of tummy time when he was young. Did Caleb have a lot of that? I am excited to see him growing and developing at a normal weight since he was born early.

  7. Graham is getting around in every way but crawling these days too! It's hilarious to watch how he moves from one spot to the next, wiggling, rolling, and spinning! Too cute!

Well that's a reason to celebrate! Looks like you all had a good time in Waldheim at Christmas, too bad we missed you this year. I hear you might be out this way sometime - if so I'd love to try and make the effort to come see you and Caleb. Jacquie Block
