A few pictures...

Thanks everyone for your words of encouragement and prayers. Sometimes it's not easy being open and honest! Now, on a lighter note, here's a few pictures I snapped of Caleb this morning. He was patiently waiting for our friend Andrienne to pick us up for a day of shopping!

I know what he's thinking in these pictures... do I really have to spend the entire day shopping?
(it wasn't really that hard on him, he got to sleep most of the time!)

Elissa: Wow is he ever a good-lookin' little guy! It's almost lunchtime and I'm showing off these pics of my little grandson to the students in my Gr. 4/5 class. The girls all think he's really cute! Thinking about you, Doug and Caleb a lot, and praying for your little family. Can't wait to see you on Dec. 25!

Hi Elissa. You don't know me, but several people I do know are connected to you, so I am aware of your story. I was going to leave a note the other day, then wondered if there would be any point. But you continue to be in my thoughts and prayers, and I decided to let you know that there are many people - even those you don't know - who are thinking of you and your family.

    You are tremendously courageous.

I pray for peace for you this day, and for the grace and strength continue parent beautiful Caleb in the midst of the enormous challenges that you face.

    Sincerely,
    Lynn

  12. Hey there Elissa
Your boy is looking great, so great. Wish I could hold him. Thinking of you lots. Let me know if you want any more hand-me-downs. Hope your baby is sleeping well for you. Here, Joshua and Madeline are both asleep and it's before 8pm...and so peace falls over the land. Greetings to Doug too.
